The San Antonio Leadership Team (SALT) is a group of Juniors and Seniors in high-school with a desire and passion to serve Jesus's church in the confirmation program. Members of the SALT team serve as co-teachers in the confirmation program alongside our adult teachers!
The SALT team meets twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday's of the month from 7:30-9:00pm. These meetings consist of workshops, speakers, team building activities, retreat planning, and social events throughout the year. All high-school Juniors and Seniors are eligible to join the team by filling out the registration packet and returning it to Youth Ministry office.
Our team currently has about 110 members that serve in different functions of the parish. They also attend a special leadership retreat usually in August. The teens go on retreat to build relationships with each other and encounter Christ through leadership training!
